This is the "Stardust Hunter" achievement.

You must gain a star in every rank in the arena.

To obtain a star at any rank you must win that rank's fight 10 times.

If you're able to reach rank 50 then you've got what it takes to get this achievement, all you really need from there on is time and patience to grind the rest of the wins.

Plain and simple, win each rank in the arena 10 times. That's 500 (!) battles. It...takes a while.

Assuming you're planning on getting all the achievements -- and if you're crazy enough to try for this one I'm sure that's the case -- I *highly* recommend waiting on working this until after you've completed Neverland (hopefully on your first run through the game) and are starting your second playthrough (on the same difficulty, of course). For one reason, and most importantly, to obtain the golden weapons and reach high levels. To show the difference this makes: at the start of my second playthrough all my characters were north of level 200 and, with dual-wielded maxed out golden gun pistols, could take out an entire room of enemies in the first 17-18 arena battles with a single hero action. Then, in levels 40+, it was easy to full-scratch and stun enemies without them messing me up. In other words, it makes grinding the levels much, much faster.

The other thing it allows you to do is star each one as they become available working through the chapters the second time. So instead of facing the daunting task at the end of the game of winning 300+ battles in the arena, you break it up into more manageable chunks. That's how I did it, and I managed to go only slightly insane, instead of completely losing my marbles...

EDIT: Since it was just asked in a PM, I'm going to assume other people may have this question: On the second play-through, the last five levels don't unlock until you've beaten the two sub-bosses in the Cathedral -- the ones that gave you the black hexes your first time through. Technically they unlock when you unlock Neverland, but since that's accessible from the start on your second run, things get a bit confusing. So just put the smack down on good ol' [redacted], use an escape hex, and you're good to go.

I too recommend beating neverland first, then equip eagle eye and dualwield to to your best handgun user. Use golden guns with largest clip and fastest rate you can put on. Always attack first with your dualwielding eagle eye char.

Eagle eye has a chance of instant kill when bullets hit main body, better yet chance seems to increase with charge. Just make sure you hit main body, works better without jumping, but you'll need to get penetration from charge or destroy armour.

Rough estimate is that with 40 - 50 charge you'll eagle eye about 33% of time and even more with lower level monsters.

With full 100 charge I won 5 of 10 rank 50 battles with single run.

This makes arena grinding a that bit faster.

ps. You can start round two without losing gained ranks at arena, just don't change difficulty.
