The Titans health bars are in three bars. Once each bar is gone the Titan is stunned (he will be kneeling on the floor with stars around his head). If you attack when he is like this you can ride him. Dont be alarmed if this achievement doesnt pop straight away as you need to do a certain amount of damage.
Late in the game you fight a Titan in the sewers in a small space. Shortly after he arrives some goons will follow. Stun the Titan using the roar-batarang-dodge-hit technique and ride him when you get the chance. He will then start hitting the goons about. When one goon goes down for good, the achievement will pop. |

Wottstar's solution is great but there is one thing I need to correct: The achievement states you must knock down 10 thugs, not just one.
