I did this has the video explains... You don't have to follow the moves step by step but if you can it's easier to start with the Batclaw and finish with the Ground Take Down....

You need to do all the moves available for Batman (with all upgrades) in one combo, ie without being hit, the moves are:

X - Hit
Y - Counter
A+A - Jump over enemy
B - Stun
RT+Y - Ground takedown
Y+B - Combo takedown
X+A - Throw ( Thanks to Mystic Typh00n that corrected me and to Bardan Jusic for confirming it)
LT - Batarang
2xRT - Batclaw

I did it like the video, in the 1st Combat Challenge Mode in the 1st round...
