if you go to the level where you fight Frank in the boxing ring, chapter two, then you can do this whilst in the ring with him, just keep hammering x and when the screen goes into slow mo hit Y or B. repeat 50 times and you're done.

Counters are performed by hitting X at the right time when someone attacks you in melee - the game will slow for a second and allow you to counter with Y or B. Just playing through the game you can try to get as many as you can. But if you're like me and not the best at counter moves in games, this one might be a bit tricky. So I found a good spot to get 50 in one go.

Start up the first mission (not the Prologue, Level 1 where you are in Temple Tower). Defeat the first few enemies and continue until the game introduces you to the Enforcer. The game forces you to defeat him with a Takedown, and he won't die from anything else - so you can do as many counters as you want. When he's about to attack, he puts his hands down and holds them for a second. As soon as you see him put his hands down to attack, hit X and you should counter.
