To earn a Amber SEGA License you need 100,000 SEGA Miles, which sounds like alot, but isnt.

Not really much to say here besides race race race. Playing online and AAA Missions will get you this in no time.

A way to see how close you are is to go to your License menu from the main menu, and go to Achievements and scroll till you find it.
