just shoot at neutral freighters, until their shields are down (watch their patrols) and they drop their cargo. no need to pick anything up, just having them drop their pants adds to your rep. rinse and repeat for about 15 to 20 freighters (the bigger, the better) and the cheevie will pop. save beforehand, if you do not want to be a pirate ;D
