Like with the first Beat The Team achievement, although this video shows you how to get the achievement with the ELITE GT12, I would suggest doing the same route with the COBRETTI 530 GTS. I found getting the achievement much easier with the COBRETTI.
With the COBRETTI, do not worry about hitting the walls and do not really try to avoid it. Just make sure that you are bouncing off of them, not sliding against them, and always hitting them with the side of the car and you should not crash. You also do not need to let up on the gas in the beginning to avoid drifting.
All credit for the video goes to the wonderful people at Achievement Hunter.

I did this with the HANZO FX350 struggled with The 7imekeeper's method after about 4-6 tries i got it using this car -------------------------------------------------------------
-Drift nearly every corner but after the 1 before the power plant stop untill u get to the second to last and last corner
-You DON'T need to stop for the first explosion to stop drift
-Practise makes perfect learn where to start/finish the drifts
-Try to follow the times in The 7imekeeper's guide i was a second or to ahead like on the stop sign He was38:50 I was 37:50
-I bounced off walls alot shouldnt matter if you dont do alot/drift well
-Try to make the drift as close to the wall as possible with out hitting it to reduce time
-Finished in 1:17:12 |

The video says to use the GT12, but I prefer using either the Ryback Firestorm or Cobretti 530GTS. Just stay off the walls and don't hit the power plays.
Other than that, just follow the video.
