To get this very easy achievement just press B when surrounded by enemies and Shrek will roar.

The best place i found to do this was on the swamp level on the pumpkins that appear from the ground. Just run around until they are grouped together look at them then use B. Shreks roar is directional so you have to be facing the 5 enemies.

The achievements seem to be a bit delayed in this game so if it looks like you done the achievement do it one or two more times and it should pop after a while
