When you start a my player or create player mode, it will ask you to fill out your name, DOB, position, etc. When you hit RB a few times you come to a screen where it says choose your batting stance / pitching delivery. Instead of customizing your own of either of those, choose a preset one that has been made equivalent to one of the MLB players. The achievement should unlock after your are finished creating your superstar.
