For those who are still in the market for this achievement, it, like so many, can simply unlock during the course of normal play. However, there are some things you can do to alter your ability to string together a rally of hitters and baserunners.
1) Choose a team with a deep offense. In a Quick Play mode, selecting the NL Greats, AL Greats, NL All-Stars, or AL All-Stars will very quickly net you a great murderer's row of batters! If you go Franchise Mode and give yourself the first 25 picks, select the hitters with the best Contact Vs stats. I recommend:
Joe Mauer
Albert Pujols
Chase Utley
Jose Reyes (I'm 9 games into my season with him and he's batting .700!)
Evan Longoria
Ryan Braun
Josh Hamilton
Ichiro Suzuki/Matt Holliday
2) Try to resist the urge to swing for the fences. Use Contact swings (up on the right thumbstick) to give your hitter the best chance of putting good wood on the ball.
3) Wait for your pitch to hit. Using hitters with good Eye Vs stats will help you identify both the type of pitch coming as well as the rough location. Use this foresight to lay off the bad pitches and wait for the pitcher to make a mistake. If you fall behind in the count, you can employ defensive swings (right or left on the right thumbstick).
4) Play the runners conservatively. Dont waste your baserunners by trying to steal or taking large leads. As you move the runners around to scoring position, you will wear down the composure of the pitcher. This will make him make more mistakes and leave pitches in the zone for you to make good contact.
All in all, the best way to get this is to play with a team that you are comfortable using and to keep consistent in your play. This is one of those achievements that will very likely come for you without trying, but setting yourself up with the best chances surely cannot hurt you.
Good luck.
