While I don't have this achievement as of yet, I'm sure the same rules from 2k9 apply here as well. There are still two (2) ways to unlock each pitcher card.

This year, only twenty (20) pitching cards are needed for the achievement.

Tips:
-try trading pitchers onto the same team, this could save you games and playing time
-increase your batter attributes to get better contact and power to get hits.
*edit* - starter cards COUNT

Start off with getting the starter cards. There is not 20 of them, so you will have to do some actual work to get this achievement. The way I did this was I got the starter cards, and then went through and found the pitchers that had the easiest requirements. For example, a card that requires you to get 1 perfect inning or strikeout 5 batters in a game.

Next step, play against a team that has a pitcher that has easy requirements for the hitters. For example, hit a homerun against the pitcher. This way you can get a minimum of two cards a game, if you succeed. You won't always be playing against the pitcher you want to, so just quit and restart it until the opposing starting pitcher is the one you want. Also, set the innings to whatever you prefer, because the number of innings does not matter.

Once you have your pitcher(s) picked out, just focus on the requirements. Don't worry about winning or losing. For example, if you need to get 5 strikeouts with a certain pitcher, I suggest not catching fly balls and not throwing runners out. Just strike people out and if they hit the ball, let them have the hit. Once you unlock the pitcher's card, sub in a new pitcher that has a card, and focus on his requirements.
