This achievement is insanely difficult. Here are the requirements:
-Game mode must be MBL (not MBL 1.1).
-Play all 6 stages on level 999.
-Lives can be lost in the first 6 stages, but you can not continue.
-Complete the Gorge, Ice Palace, and Hades' Castle through Jitterbug without losing a life (taking .5 damage is ok).
-Defeat Tyrannosatan (not sure if .5 damage/continues at this point matter).
If all criteria are met, then Bloody Jitterbug will appear. It is not known if .5 damage, lost lives, or continues once the Bloody Jitterbug battle starts will affect the achievement.
The video below is a Bloody Jitterbug replay by SinMoon (Japanese version) and shows the level of skill needed to earn this insanely difficult achievement.
Based on his complete mastery of the game, this guy might very well be a god. Obvious examples aside- notice that he intentionally loses a life at the end of the Graveyard to refill his bomb stock.
