Start an exhibition match with an idle second controller as Argentina against Belgium. Run down the pitch and shoot using a pure shot (you'll know if you've done it right as time slows down and the camera follows the ball towards the goal), their goalkeeper sucks and it'll go right in. If you mess up you can just restart the match and try again.
