A golden duck is where the batsman is out on his first ball.
As the achievement says a king pair, is where the same batsman gets a golden duck in each innings of the same test match.
Best done whilst getting the hattrick achievement as your bound to get someone out for a golden duck.
Abuse the save game function, and save when you get into the tail, and reload until you get someone out first ball, then repeat for the next innings.
For this achievement it includes where the batsman is run out having faced either no or one ball, when he is out for nought. A wide does not count as a ball, so its possible to bowl a wide on there first ball and get him out on the second ball (the first legal delivery) to get the achievement. No balls faced by the batsman, whilst not legal deliveries, do count as the batsman having faced a ball.
