Firstly, set your difficulty to easy and select a good team to bowl with. England is pretty good with Anderson and Swann, but Australia is pretty good aswell. Now play against a weak team like Scotland or Netherlands. Also make the game type a 20 over game, as in test match and ODI, the opposition tend to block most deliveries.
Now when you bowl against these weak teams, they can still strike a ball pretty well from a good length. So I would recommend bowling full towards the wicket and try to get LBW or direct hit to the stumps. Alot of the time, the batsmen will mis time their shot, or block incorrectly for an LBW. If you find that a batsmen is doing well against the LBW delivery, then play Swann with good length deliveries.

This is quite simple, start a test match or test series against Bermuda, and be one of the better teams yourself like England, Australia, India etc. You have to take all 10 of the opposition wickets within 10 overs with any combination of ways of getting them out, bowled, caught or run out. This does no have to be with the same bowler.
