This is very self-explanatory. "Non-Standard Band" means you will need at least one duplicate instrument. For example, your band could consist of 1 Drummer, 1 Vocalist, and 2 Guitarists. Make sure everyone is on at least Medium difficulty and play a song you are comfortable with because you will NEED to get 5 stars. Do that and this achievement is yours after one song. :)

You can easily do this solo IF you have 4 controllers, and a total of 4 headsets/microphones, as well as the track No Sleep Till Brooklyn from the GH:WT export. Any song that is 100% talkie parts should work, actually, if anyone knows of any others. Set up all four controllers on medium vocals, and make noise into all four microphones. Note that this must be done in Quickplay+. If you only have three mics, you can play along with a guitar or drums, as long as you can rig up a mic stand or headsets, or else prop all of your mics against a reasonably noisy fan. The achievement will pop after the song ends, as long as you get 5 stars.
