When you reach Worten in the cooking arena she will say that you must face her in a cook off. As soon as she is done talking leave to the world map and go to the Beaux Kuckelle Library. You will find the book on learning Japanese on the first shelf. Check out the book and you will get the Konichiwa achievement. Then return to Warten's kitchen. Talk to the judge and he will tell you the secret ingredients he likes. Tell the three ingredients from the judge to the orphan and she will prepare the food for you. If you then pick up the food and talk to the judge he will die with you and summon ninjas to assist you in the fight with Worten. She is very weak to physical attacks if you use a crit potion. Learning Japanese and getting the ninjas is not important, if you just guess on the ingredients and guess wrong the ninjas will simply attack you, but they can be easily dispatched.
