To unlock this achievement, you have to fight 10 matches with online challengers while you're playing arcade mode in normal style.
By changing the settings, this game can accept online challengers while you're playing arcade mode against CPU. Step by step procedure to do this is as follows.
1. Select Arcade mode (the first choice) from main menu.
2. Select the third choice in sub menu, game settings.
3. Change the game settings. The 4th setting shows whether you accept online challengers. You can select from 3 choices here.
--- OFF = no online challengers accepted.
--- some 8 characters = you accept online challengers in a player match. The other three settings will define the number of rounds, round time and whether handicap is used.
--- some 6 characters = you accept online challengers in a ranked match. Since this is ranked, match settings can't be changed.
Either player match or ranked match counts for this achievement, but you can expect more challengers with ranked match (because of the 100 ranked matches achievement).
4. Press B button.
5. Select the first choice in sub menu, this will start a normal style game. Play the game till a challenger appears.
Not confirmed, but I suppose only completed matches count for this achievement.
