In truth this will probably unlock for you without meaning to, but here is how to do it:

Start a 2 player game on Normal. The same player must tell a very good Truth and a very bad Lie in the same round. For one question answer truthfully, and for the next question answer with a lie. Refer below for tips:

How to tell the Truth:
Telling the Truth in this game is very easy. Simply sustain a single note noise as if you were singing for the entirety of the countdown during your answer. A higher note is preferred. You will get 1,000 points and a Truth every time.

How to tell the Lie:
Lying is much harder. The best way I was able to lie was to use a very monotone voice, speak quietly, and break up my words so the sound breaks apart. To be honest, it worked best when I tried to sound very uninterested and sarcastic. I was saying: "I just want this game to be over. Please." lol
