As you progress through the game, you'll receive a shield-ability which you can use by pressing and holding LB+RT.

Load up the last level and stay in the area where you spawn, which will force the Best ro rely on its ranged ability.

Just mirror his own shots towards him until he dies. This is actually a very easy and safe way to kill him.

Note: Enemies WILL spawn and come after you, so beware.
