Simply get married with another Xbox Live player and then travel to the orphanage and have the host adopt the kid. (Note: you can be married male to male and female to female and still get the achievement). You must get married and adopt the kid in the same world or the achievement will not pop.
This is great because I found a bunch of people are having a hard time finding members of the opposite sex and this also prevents the spread of STD's |

Refer to it on how to get married before you attempt to have a child with your friend.
(This sounds so... wrong.)
Upon marriage, lead your friend to your house and search for the bed. Both characters must walk near the bed to activate the choices (press "A" near the bed), either to "sleep" or to have "sex". Choose "Sex - Unprotected", and moments later, a child is born, as well as the achievement. |

Both players need the Family Pack from the Road to Rule.
If your co-op partner is not far enough into the story, they can go with you to your Road to Rule, and unlock the Family Pack early.
You also need to be married. Face your co-op partner and press RB to propose. You need to buy a house (cheapest ones are in the Dweller Camp), and you can pick a free wedding if you are low on funds.
After the wedding, go to your house, and press A on the bed and choose unprotected sex. It might take more than one try.
If you have a baby, the achievement pops after the cut scene full of giggling.
NOTE: All this must be done in a game with the same host. You cannot get married in someone else's game and have a baby in your game. You do not have to be the host though, just get married and have the baby in the same host's game. |
