You can download your own face into the game and use it on your virtual pro. You'd need an EA account to do so though.

Go to this link: http://www.ea.com/uk/football/fifa/game-face and follow the instructions there to upload your photo onto the EA servers.

Once done, go to the main menu in your game and select Download Game Face. You can now use the game face on your virtual pro.

Note also that if you've an existing game face that was created for previous versions of FIFA games, you can skip the creation step and download it immediately for the achievement.
