An easy way to power level is to follow my 8 survivor at once guide (
Dead Rising 2 Come on! Follow me! The Come on! Follow me! achievement in Dead Rising 2 worth 36 pointsEscort 8 survivors at once.
) up to the point where you get Chad's girlfriend.
From that point got to the Hotel for the Case mission where you meet Rebecca Chang, then follow her to the security office where you will find the RESCUE magazine which will give you 25% extra PP from survivors.
Once you have this magazine you can then return the survivors for a lot of PP.
Die, Restart Story and Repeat.

Notes: if you tamed snowflake remember to examine him at the safe house as this will give him as a gift to katey and net you a few thousand PP. When getting the steak make sure to also put the two frying pans on the stove for 2k PP each.
