You must have Xbox Live Gold for this achievement. From the paddock, go to multiplayer, xbox live, quick game modes, sprint, and then find session. Keep racing, and it will unlock quicker if you finish in the top 3 of every race, and the achievement will unlock when you reach level 10. Should take about 5-6 races.
