At the very beginning of the level you are placed on a mounted gun. Simply aim at a tree and spray away..... Repeat 4 more times

From x360achievements:
Right in the beginning of the level, you will hop onto the Minigun. Simply point at a tree and shoot it. Once you "chop down" the tree, do it to 4 more trees.
