| I think they fixed this achievement in the patch so now it seems very easy to get me and my friend today played a team up game and won then at the end of the game i had B+ and he had a C+ and we both got the achievement ..so basically you have to do your best to get a C+ or above hope this helps |

As stated above, all you need is at least a c+ at the end of game in order to get the achievement. From my knowledge, in order to get it you must win the game.
My two teammates in my crew played a game together. They won, and received a grade of B+ and B-. They both have the achievement. I on the other hand have played games with them, lost and earned even a A+ and have yet to obtain this achievement.
Note: I have not yet won a team up game.
In conclusion, just need at least a C+. And must win the game.
Can be obtained at crew games. |

just to comment on the status above i won my first two team up games two days ago and had a b+ and A- and did not get the achievement
edit- just did this for my 3rd attempt got an A and received an achievement , so i guess it might be a bit glitchy
just wanted to add... i think it may be an average like the 2k10 and 2k9.. |

I had some trouble with this achievement, so I think this info might be useful:
1) Always check your 2kgame profile (you can check it in the pregame lobby).
If the games you played doesn't count in your profile, try clearing your cache. I played over 10 games with at least a C+ score, but none of them counted in my 2k profile. It froze with 2 games only and an C average score.
After I cleared the cache, my profile came back to normal (ie started to count my games again) and I was able to obtain the achievement.
2) My average score was B when the achievement popped. |

Right now this achievement is extremely glitchy. It is achieveable, but inconsistent.
2K Sports have announced a patch which will fix this and other problems related to 2-3 other achievements in the game.
