First u must unlock the bike by beating Leon in the mission 'Meet the contestants'. Once u have the bike simply take a spry can down to the trailer containing the bike (near the entrance to the Yucatan Casino on the silver strip). Have the spray can in your hand and press E/use on the bike to combine it. Achievement unlocked!!
