Press the "xbox guide" button every time the AI shoot.
Then you know where the ball will come, just move your body to that side.
Did the same thing for "Waveside Champion" achievement. |

| Not to hard if you doing it on professional, smash the ball when you have the serv, make sure that you got clear space so you can jump at the sides, suggesting you do this achivment alone, try block them each time at the net when you can so they dont get the chance to score |

The biggest difficulty I had was digging a spike that would be at the corner of the screen.
When you are in this situation, crouch down with a wide stance. This will help you out in two ways. First, you will be able to move quick enough to reach the ball. Second, as your avatar will not have move across the screen, it won't dive, meaning you will have a chance to spike the ball. |
