As of late May 2011 (Somewhere between May 24th and May 28th), this achievement became discontinued, along with all the other online achievements for this game. The servers were abruptly taken down without any notice and it is impossible to even log in anymore. I encourage everyone reading to contact them & complain regarding this issue and ask them to bring the servers back.
Update: The servers were briefly online again on July 26th, and I was alerted so based on a comment on one of my solutions. I managed to get 3 out of the 4 online ones I still needed, however upon trying to get the second thousand views I needed for the last one, I was greeted with an error message this morning (July 27th). It's a good idea to be on the lookout for the servers to come back up again soon.
Second update: They came back online again for a couple days around August 13th, 2011, and I managed to get my final online achievement. Unfortunately the servers coming online is very sporadic and rare, and even when they come online there is no evidence they are posting user-uploaded videos anymore. Last I checked the video I uploaded around May 14th, 2011 was one of the most recent 15 or so videos they have able to view, so this game is likely not completable for anyone who doesn't have at least one video already uploaded and able to view/vote for. If you are lucky enough to find the servers online, this particular achievement is still possible.
