You will need to get five mics on everything in Career mode including all of the challenges for every stage. I would suggest playing on whatever difficulty you are best with, but obviously easy would be the easiest way to get five mics on. I played through on Hard just to get some of those achievements out of the way and then go through on Easy after. You'll need the 300 Performances achievement to complete the game so why not!
