Though this can be a lengthy and utterly mind-numbing achievement to aim for, it can be done without requiring much effort, the way i am doing it (as i am also going for it but may have it by the time this is read) is to focus on each of the cars strengths, for example, to easily finish with Natalya', concentrate on the Destruction derby and other killing based game modes and ignoring checkpoint ones altogether, go eat a sandwich or google random shit about horses or something to waste 4 minutes.
The same applies to other heavy tank based characters, the opposite applies to Say, Kelley or Bedlam, make winning Total massacre and the Zombie killing mode your priority, and then KOTS and checkpoints, i didnt bother with Destruction derby with these characters as theyre a pain in the ass and too weak.
A solid way to win KOTS events with all characters is to find one of the many high up rooftops on most of the maps, this doesnt apply to the parking structure one, but on most maps there are areas up high that require a jump or just driving off a ledge slowly to drop down to, these often have BD tokens on them but are excellent places to go AFK/AFC with the skull as the AI always over shoot, this was a lot easier than driving round getting shot at and dodging behemoths.
So basically play to what the vehicle is good for and for a stress free approach just go AFK/AFC in the events that they clearly werent designed for, this is your choice though, i am simply offereing a simpler easier way to finish these achievements. Using this method you should also be enough points ahead by the last zone to not even need to play a single event in it, also your choice, i chose not to play any of the last five and still came away 50/60 points ahead of the person in 2nd.
