For This one, just try to dodge Sasouri's moves at the start of the battle. When the cut-scene arrives try and get enough stars from that one, so you have more health during the second part of the fight with him.
The second part of the fight is Sasouri's is in the middle with aload of puppets floating above him, run towards him and press B then keeping pressing B to throw him and stun him for awhile then keep attacking. When he retreats, his puppets will surround him and spin around him and he will fire his puppets at you and try to use his fire jutsu on you. All i can say is try to dodge by jumping out the fire and running around him. Then once the puppets vanish he will be vulnerable, then do the same as the first step.
Then you should get a another Cut-scene try and get as many stars as you can, as the stars will heal your health and fuller health = higher points and more chance of recieveing a S rank.

This achievement is earned from your 3nd Boss Battle against Sasori of the Red Sand and receiving an S Rank. (Chapter 1: Rescue the Kazekage)
In order to earn an S Rank during ANY battle among the game you'll need to earn points based on governed factors among the game. Health, Time remaining, and Bonus factors are among the factors that will earn this achievement.
Bonus factors that will help you out are as follows:
Maintained High Health
Defeated enemy quickly
Attacked with a combo
Used Ninjutsu
Used Ultimate Jutsu
Used Team Ultimate Jutsu
Performed Substitution Jutsu
Performed Guard Break
Used Awakening
Defeated a powerful enemy
Used support
Used Battle item
If you have the basic feel for the fighting style and can manage simple battles then you should do just fine. But if you fail to get an S Rank don't worry, you'll be able to re-do ANY battles once you've completed the initial Story Mode.
P.S. QTE's (Quick-Time Events) in the game will not only work towards another achievement, but they'll also replenish health if inputted correctly.
Upon completing the Boss Battle with an S Rank you'll earn this 20G achievement.
