This achievement is earned in the jungle. Jabo's hut is in the west side of the map. Once there, kill his watchdog, its not difficult. Then talk to Jabo and he'll reward you and the achievement will pop. Also, if you have the bunch of seeds for Jabo, give them to him now too.
