You will see the statue from afar if you aproach it. You get a message to defend the plaza and two dropships will appear with round about 12 Gorgie-USN`s kill as much of them as you can. After some time a tank(that one with the saws at its front) appear and will head straight to the statue and will destory it instantly. To avoid this throw EMP grenades at it to stop its movement then shoot it in the back with the rocketlauncher 3 times. After all enemies are down the achievement pops up.
