As the achievement says, only those in the New to DJ Hero 2 section count towards the achievement. There are seven, and you only need to do six (so you can still get this if you don't have a mic or just don't want to sing). The seven are:

- Rewind to Checkpoint
- Held Taps
- Held Scratches
- Freestyle Samples
- Freestyle Crossfading
- Freestyle Scratching
- Vocals
