I did this on the song "Busta Rhymes - "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See"

But that's not what this guide is for. The main trick part here is to use a wired mic. Wireless mics, like the Lips one, do not register correcttly the rap parts, so grab a GH:world tour wired mic and continuously hit some hard surface, as long as you can keep it up for 200 notes you will get the achievement.
