This achievement DOES NOT unlock in a hell in a cell match OR a first blood match.

So here's how I did it:

- Changed difficulty to Legend.
- Moved all AI reversal sliders to zero (far left)
- Change momentum speed to fast.
- Chose Undertaker vs. Shawn at Wrestlemania arena.
- Go to Match creator, and turn on "First Finisher".

Now all that you'll have to do is perform one tombstone on HBK. Watch out for his kip up, though, as it fully charges his Finisher meter.
