Upon entering Ryan Amusements you will find a statue of Andrew Ryan sat at a desk, he is located just inside "Journey to the Surface" on the left hand side. Look behind Andrew Ryan in the far corner to find a golf club, use telekinesis to pick up the club and then fire it at the statues head.
