After you defeat the "Bullish Man" , you'll enter a building with some rooms and you'll notice a Billy Doll in a blue room with a sealed door on one side, and a colour coded combination on the other. To get the combination, you have to get the time off the clocks in the corresponding colour rooms.
Green was 9 o'clock
Red was 4 o'clock
Blue was 3 o'clock.
With this combination, the room will open and you can pick up the Billy Doll to unlock this. |
