In order to unlock this achievement, you have to complete the first minigame of the game. It is immediately when you start the first chapter, and is unmissable. In order to successfully complete this mini game, you have to repeatedly press the button displayed on one of the three TV’s in the background to the right of your head. Once your character moves the scalpel to the sewn up incision, move the left stick towards the right, reopening the incision as it goes along. Repeat this process until this minigame is complete, the achievement will unlock as soon as you’ve retrieved the key from your eye.
