The Mojo meter fills up as you play through the song. There are no "star power patterns" or the like, it goes up as you get PERFECT hits or STREAK BONUSES. Much like in Guitar Hero, you can activate it once the meter is half-full.

To activate it, push the whammy bar or back button on the guitar (or the analog stick if you have the PowerGig controller), push the back button on the drums, or push any button on the controller for vocals. Alternately, you can trigger it to activate AUTOMATICALLY once the meter is completely full. Manual activations are, of course, faster.

Play songs that are either longer, or ones your good at to get the most activations you can. I only played through this game on "Virtuso" (hard) drums, and I averaged 4 or 5 activations EACH SONG. And I picked 3 minute or less songs whenever possible.

If you end up like me and actually beat the story mode and NOT get this one, just keep replaying the final setlist until you get it. Hope you like playing Cult of Personality as much as I did....

It pops on the 300th activation.

And I DONT know if teammate activations could towards this. Probably not.
