I went through one round at each difficulty of INKT to see the time each took and the amount of points I got, both speed and rescue do not give enough points even at the highest difficulty. Depending on your skill medium(3 bars) is the most efficient i was able to get around 175 pts each time and it took roughly 5-10 minutes depending on number of levels. Any harder and you can end up spending over 20-30 minutes trying to figure out one puzzle, because you have restart the entire building each time you fail.
When you pick the level look at the number of floors, if there is a ribbon on it, it means you have done that one, and you will not get as many pts, and if you dont do it in one try, they will deduct pts.
You also need to save all the little guys, or the points are very little, I did one where i only missed one guy and only got 30 pts.
Also never lock your phone mid level or abandon the building, you will lost points when doing either of these and depending on the difficulty of the building it can be over 200 pts.
Update: after getting the achievement for 3000 orange guys, the amount of pts i was getting went down considerably at least 40%, also i was losing pts on any building i tried at any difficulty, if i did not get it on the first or second try i would lose points. After looking at the ranking graph I saw that i had no blue(speed), once I started doing those and beating them in 2-3 tries it started to go up. I believe there is a cap for each color. |

Just keep grinding away at the hardest level on the INKT or Speed Rescue buildings (once you are ranked high enough, doing the bog standard Rescue buildings actually loses you points due to having no time limit)
Make sure you don't get caught or put yourself into a position where you can't escape the room (you lose ranking points for every time you abandon or restart a building).
Eventually you will get there, but it just takes time. Grind through the 3K INKT and 2K Speed Rescue achievements at the same time. |

| I just got this achievement and I will say the easy but long method I used. Basically I kept playing rescue mode on the hardest difficulty... Your points start to drop badly down to 10 - 15 a fully completed perfect building, but doing it without a time limit really stops all the need to restart buildings. Just take your time and do it over a few days on and off. You will get there. |

OK I'll offer something else for this ball-ache of an achievement.
If you've got all the other cheevs go through the different buildings on each game type and each number of levels and play ones where you have no ribbon on the buliding level number. This will bag you some of those juicy points.
Then you'll want to do the INKT Chase levels to get your last points. Make sure you play 6 level buildings or even 7 level ones. The reason I say this is that if you have to abandon or restart a level you'll lose a load of points. The less levels you have to do the better chance you have of finishing it!
When you start a level quickly scan a route and get moving because being caught by those little turds is a real pain. Once youve got moving youve given yourself some extra time to plot a route which will hopefully rescue all the civillians on the level. If you do miss any just keep going because its better to gain a few points than lose many. I was getting around 4 points on buildings where I missed one or two. Keep plugging away and you'll chip away at that 3000.
REMEMBER! Complete the building, hopefully with rescuing all civillians but even missing a couple. Better to get some points than lose lots! |
