Essentially unmissable. Play on the lowest difficulty, and just guide the blob to the exit. Repeat 4 times to complete the building. That's all you need to do. If you rescue all the Greys in each level, you'll get

The levels are randomly chosen, so I can't be very helpful on actually completing them. However, if you pause and chose "restart Building," you'll get to retry on the same four levels.
