Emergency airplanes are the white planes that follow a blue path randomly generated and controlled by the game itself. They are impossible to miss. An easy map to get this achievement on is the red/brick colored background map that has the lady wearing a doctor looking outfit. Don't use fast forward and eventually 5 emergency planes will land. The achievement will pop after the round is over.
