As the Scarab you need to activate the Speed Boost skill (green button on the right side of the screen), and destroy 3 enemies with one boost.

I did it at the beginning of the Ancient City while activating a Radio Tower. I did a ground pound to weaken a group of 5, then ran away from them so they followed me in a line, then activated the Speed Boost and ran through them.
