Probably the easiest way to obtain this achievement is to use the All-Star team. What you want to do is make sure there is 50 yards in-front of you and go to empty back and choose the hail mary play. Just wait for a few seconds and you will see Pablo wide open down the field, just throw it to him and turbo your way to a touchdown and this 10 point achievement. Enjoy
