I believe a quicker way is the beginning of the last challenge. You fight a Carbonite War Droid and about 6 Riot Troopers. If you throw them at the droid while it is spraying they will be frozen. Just remeber to kill them and not anything else. Otherwise, the best would be what the other guy said.
