In the 2nd area (Downtown Quarter) there is a shaping rail across the street from the 'Stop the Rally' challenge. Grind it to the roof of the casino.

Turn around and grind the next shaping rail to the cinema roof.

From the glass roof part, perform a simple trick with the right stick + RT and land it on the ground below to unlock the achievement.
