Simply make a Best Friend. If you have the "Good Sense of Humor" trait, just continue to make jokes and you'll get this in 5 - 10 minutes.
If you want, you can make one sim with the trait above and another with the "Snob" trait I believe it is. Snobs love being complimented, continue praising them, complimenting them, ect, vanity....  |

| To get this achievement I followed the guide for 'How you Doin?' which was to stand in front of the mirror practicing speech, i put the speed up to the fastest it would go and just left it run for about 3 minutes and then it popped :D |
