There is a very easy way of doing this at the start, no working up to it required.
Anyways, start a new game, choose the Landgraab household that is in the south east corner, these sims already have a bunch of friends.
Set up a fundraising party at the Rendezvous Cove (beach that is left to their house), make dressing swimwear.
Simply attend the party, have your sims set to free will, so all you have to do is watch, at the end of the party you will get the achievement.
This worked for me, it should work for some others.
Also, do not change the time, otherwise this will "glitch" you out of the achievement first time. |

I bought the legendary host reward using lifetime points. It cost me 5000. Then i just threw a normal party all i had in the house was a stereo and a buffet table and everybody had an amazing time.
You can purchase lifetime rewards by pressing X then using RB/LB to select Sim info and scroll across using the left analog button. Enjoy your achievement :)
If you have more than one sim in the house make sure the sim with the legendary host activated uses the phone to throw the party. |

I got this throwing a wedding party. Select your sim and choose throw party. Change type to wedding. I only invited 7 of a maximum 8 people. Set it for 5 pm, sims will naturally leave around 11. Set up some balloons outside and a radio for group dancing. Around 8, select one of the sims getting married, interact with the fiancee, choose to ask for marriage. Everyone at the party will gather around and clap for the newlyweds. When the last sim leaves the achievement will pop. I would recommend the buffet, just be sure to select it and have a sim prepare it so that it has food.
I recommend wedding party because it seemed everyone got a big boost from watching the wedding, which helped with the achievement. |

| All you have to do is buy the Great Party host with lifetime happiness points and throw a party with the host you bought it for and when the party is over everyone will say they had a great time and the achievement will pop like a balloon. Oh YEAH! |
